It is not only the track where the action is intense during the sport; the security & surveillance control room is equally active during a race. Keeping an eye on all activities on the race track, monitor crowd movements, control security checks, detect and act on any suspicious motion in the arena; all this can make or break an International sport.
The heart of all the security and surveillance activities at the arena is the control room, where all the activities are monitored by the operators. Delta’s Display division has equipped the surveillance control room of Buddha International Circuit (BIC) with its DLP Video Wall. Buddha International Circuit (BIC) constructed in the vicinity of New Delhi in India, is one of the fastest, most exciting motor racing circuits in the world. The track is spread over an area of 875 acres; about 5.14 km long and has a seating capacity of more than 1 lakh persons.
PAN Intellecom the system integrator for the project was awarded a contract for public security system at BIC. Delta was chosen by them after due diligence as the supplier of choice for providing the display solution.
